A good score for Engineering and Sciences is 315+ and for other fields is 310+. You don’t need to take the GRE subject test.
The minimum GRE score you need to apply for the Fulbright is 138 for verbal and 136 for quantitative. However, most successful applicants have a GRE score in the top percentiles. If you take the GRE test multiple times, you can report your best score, and Fulbright will only consider that score. You don’t need to take the TOEFL at the time of application, but you will need to take it if you are invited for an interview. IELTS is not accepted.
